Audio Response System

Franklin Trust's Audio Response Line is an interactive telephone system that gives members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Audio Response Line:

  • Check your account balances and history.
  • Perform transfers and withdrawals.
  • Calculate a loan payment.
  • Perform Special Services.
  • Check current interest and dividend rates.
  • Use the Loan by Phone Service.

How to use Audio Response: 

Just call the Credit Union at 860-296-4379 and choose option 4.  You will then have the option of English or Spanish.  Enter your account number followed by the # sign.  Then enter your PIN (personal identification number).  Now you're on your way.  See the Chart below for detailed instructions on using the Audio Response Line.

  • When you call the Credit Union, you will need to select # 4 to get into the audio response line.
  • You will then be asked to select # 1 for English or # 2 for Spanish.
  • Next you will need to enter your account number followed by the pound (#) sign.
  • Then you will need to enter your PIN(Personal Identification Number)

 

 

You will then hear your savings and checking account balances. After that, you will need to choose from the following options.

  • For line of credit loan, press 3
  • For balance of any share, loan, or certificate, press 4
  • To play a list of all active loans, press 5
 
  • To transfer from Savings to Checking, press 1
  • To transfer from Checking to Savings, press 2
  • To make an advance from your Line of Credit loan to your Checking, press 3
  • To transfer funds between any 2 suffixes, press 4
  • To transfer funds to another account, press 5

 

 

For history of deposits, press 2 

For a check withdrawl to be sent home, press 2

  • For list of direct deposits made to savings, press 1
  • For list of all deposits to savings, press 2
  • For list of direct deposits made to checking, press 3
  • For list of all deposits to checking, press 4
  • For list of all deposits made to any suffix, press 5

 

For history of withdrawls, press 3

#3 To calculate a loan payment, follow prompts. (You will need to know the rates)

  • For list of cleared checks, press 1
  • For list of ATM withdrawls from savings, press 2
  • For list of ATM withdrawls from checking, press 3
  • For list of ACH withdrawls from savings, press 4
  • For list of ACH withdrawls from checking, press 5
  • For list of all withdrawls from any suffix, press 6

 

 For YTD totals on dividends and interest, press 4

  • For YTD dividends on your savings account, press 1
  • For YTD dividends on your checking account, press 2
  • For YTD interest paid on line of credit loan, press 3
  • For a list of dividends of interest on any account, press 4
  • To change your PIN (personal identification number), press 1
  • To change to a new account, press 2
  • To play a list of all active loans, press 3
  • To request a stop payment, press 4 (fee=$22.00)
