Our website contains links to third party that we feel may be useful to visitors of our site. These linked sites are not controlled by Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union. Account Access:

To access your account using our Online Banking (NetTeller) you must log in with your username and password. You will need a pc or mobile device to access NetTeller. For mobile devices you will need to download the Franklin Trust FCU Mobile App. It is your responsibility to properly install and update the app as necessary. 

Email:

When sending emails to Franklin Trust FCU that contain any sensitive information, please use the secure email located on our website. Otherwise, if you are not using the secure email please omit any sensitive information from it. Please remember, Franklin Trust FCU will never ask you for you account number or PIN in any email. Please do not disclose this information.
