I have been a member of Franklin Trust for the past four years.  I am very satisfied with their banking services.  Any given day you can walk into their office and be greeted with a smile. The tellers are always very courteous and helpful.  They make you feel right at home.  I have recommended my friends and co-workers to join the team.

Just a few words to say how much I love and appreciate Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union.  My sister introduced me to FFTCU a few years ago (what took me so long?).  Once I had a banking issue, and went into their office very upset.  Not only did I leave there with the problem resolved, I also left with gifts, a personal loan, and a good attitude.  EVERYONE there, including the bosses, are GREAT!  Best customer service yet!  THANK YOU, FFTCU!

I appreciate the many products and services that Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union renders to its members on a daily basis, including shared branching.  The employees of the Credit Union are very respectful and hospitable.  The diversity of the employees is wonderful. Every time I go there, they go out of their way to help me.  They make you feel comfortable, no matter what situation you might be in.  I enjoy meeting the greeter at the front door at the Main Office.  It feels like home when you are at the Credit Union.

I like Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union, because it offers different ways I can manage my money, pay my bills, and make a money order or bank check.  Also, I can view my account online.  The great thing I love the most is the audio response line where I can check my account balance and transfer money when the credit union is closed.  Having that option is great!  The hours at Franklin Trust are great, especially when Sundays are available.  I would like to add that the staff members at Franklin Trust are nice, helpful and respectful.  That’s something I look forward to when I go to the credit union.  I always recommend Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union to family and friends.
